HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled MALE HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with managers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires
• Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 6months of experience as HR Recruiter
• Prior experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements
• Candidates must be located in chennai
• Basic knowledge of HR operations will be preferred

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA / PG in HR or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
