Key Responsibilities:
- Job Description Creation: Draft and update JDs for various positions across departments.
- Sourcing & Screening: Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Healthcare Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within the healthcare sector.
- Coordination: Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements and arrange interviews.
- Candidate Management: Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Campus Recruitment: Coordinate and conduct campus interviews and selection drives.
- Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases for future requirements.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely feedback and closure of positions within the defined timelines.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, especially in healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills (MS Excel proficiency preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
