We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

This role requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and roles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess cultural fit.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT recruitment
  • Familiarity with bulk hiring, campus hiring, or lateral recruitment.
  • Exposure to HR operations or onboarding will be an added advantage.
