Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, skilled in communication, and able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and create effective job postings.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate and client databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
