We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Fluency in Hindi is essential to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Post job openings across various platforms and manage candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.
