Qualification: Any Bachelor's and Master Degree

About Us:

We are a company that provides IT services to our clients. We are looking for a Recruiter who can manage the entire recruitment process and help us hire the right talent for different roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and create attractive job postings.
• Source and screen resumes through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.

Requirements :

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools
