HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR teams to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
• Perform reference checks and support offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment or similar HR role
• Knowledge of manufacturing job functions and hiring practices
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills
• Familiarity with labor laws related to hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
