Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website)
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, job fairs, and professional platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, labor laws, and best recruitment practices

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Available in Ras alkhaimah
  • Can join immediately
