HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Post job advertisements on recruitment portals and social media platforms
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Prepare employee documentation, contracts, and HR letters
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee records
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies
  • Support LMRA, visa, and GOSI documentation processes when required
  • Handle employee inquiries and maintain professional communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with bulk hiring and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with HRMS and ATS systems
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
