Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT positions while maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in non-IT hiring).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
