We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter (WFH) with a strong background in BPO, Telecalling, and Back Office bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, target-oriented, and skilled in screening and onboarding candidates at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Telecalling, and Back Office positions
  • Source and screen candidates using various platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals)
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule interviews with client companies and follow up on interview status
  • Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
  • Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in bulk hiring (BPO/Telecalling/Back Office domain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
  • Own laptop/desktop with high-speed internet connection (mandatory)
  • Good organizational and reporting skills

What We Offer:
