Dear Candidate,
We are looking for HR Recruiter Profile. This Profile Require minimum 3 Years of Experience in HR recruitment for Non IT mainly Middle Level and Sr Level profile.
Worked on Naukri and Indeed and other hands on Experience on Social Media Posting and Hiring.
Create and Post Job Descriptions: Design clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions and post them on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and career sites.
Source Candidates: Proactively identify and attract both active and passive candidates through various channels such as resume databases, networking, and social media.
Screen and Evaluate Applicants: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and use assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process and timely feedback.
Manage the Offer Process: Prepare and negotiate job offers, compensation, and benefits packages with selected candidates.
Conduct Checks and Onboarding: Oversee background and reference checks, and coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain Records and Metrics: Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track key hiring metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to improve future strategies.
