Job Title: HR Recruitment Associate (Entry-Level)

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-focused HR Recruitment Associate to become part of our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and engaging top talent to facilitating a smooth onboarding process. While prior experience in recruitment, particularly in technical hiring, is a plus, we also welcome individuals eager to launch their careers in talent acquisition and HR.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and connect with qualified candidates for diverse roles — both technical and specialized — through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural alignment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal departments.
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout all stages of recruitment to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and ensure completion of all pre-employment documentation.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical).
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with sourcing methods, hiring tools, and current talent acquisition practices.
  • Capability to interpret technical job requirements and match suitable candidate skill sets effectively.
