HR & Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions while aligning with company policies and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and performance data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development
• Assist in resolving employee queries and HR-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR and recruitment (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hiring for multiple roles across departments
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms
• Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR compliance
