We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Specialist to manage a broad range of human resources functions. As the sole HR representative, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and driving HR operations. This includes managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, employee engagement, payroll, benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
- HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, HR databases, and personnel files. Ensure full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with payroll providers for timely and accurate payroll processing. Administer employee attendance, leave management, and benefits.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture. Address and resolve issues promptly.
- Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, employee goal-setting, and growth initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies. Stay up to date with changes in local labor laws.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate internal or external learning programs.
- HR Reporting: Create and share regular HR reports on metrics such as headcount, turnover, leave, and employee engagement.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate handling of all statutory requirements, including EOBI, PESSI, and social security registrations, contributions, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within an SME or startup environment
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with managing EOBI, PESSI, and social security procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Highly organized and capable of managing tasks independently
- Proficiency in HR software, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and payroll tools
