HR Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes. You will work closely with management to ensure that HR policies align with business objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
