About the Program:
This opportunity is offered under the Tamheer program, an on-the-job training initiative by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) designed for fresh Saudi graduates. Participants gain practical experience in their field of study within a professional work environment.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist (Tamheer Trainee) to join our team and support the Human Resources department in various functions. The ideal candidate will assist in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Participate in organizing training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Registered and eligible for the Tamheer program via the HRDF portal.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.
