HR Specialist (UAEN)

Purpose


The HR Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of various human resources processes, programs, and events that enhance employee performance and engagement, professional development, and organizational culture. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR activities align with the company’s strategic goals and support the overall employee experience.


Accountabilities


  • Implement and coordinate HR activities that support performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations to share insights with HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate HR initiatives and events.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote HR activities and events internally.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities and events through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.


Education, Experience and Competencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving
