HR Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent HR Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in human resources management within the UAE and possess strong knowledge of HR processes, UAE labor law, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily HR operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
• Supervise payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Monitor performance management processes
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR field within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR processes
• Proven experience in handling recruitment and employee relations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Experience supervising HR team members

Salary: 6000 - 8000 AED
Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
