HR Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Supervisor to manage and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience handling a large workforce while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and team activities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Handle large number of staff and workforce coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
• Support performance management and employee development
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience (Mandatory)
• Experience managing large workforce or multiple departments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
