What you’ll do:

  • Greet clients and visitors at the front desk
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls
  • Organize meetings, employee retention/engagement activities, and training
  • Provide administrative support to HR Department
  • Complete Data Entry in Microsoft Office and JWS Software
  • Maintain local plant level HR files including electronic under direction of the HR Manager
  • Support general business operations by providing various administrative activities as a generalist
  • Assist HR Manager with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
    • New Hire Orientation/Onboarding Documentation
    • Training covering HR Topics
    • Employee Documentation
    • Upload employee data
    • Attendance recordkeeping
    • Reports
    • Assist employees with basic HR questions

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills including strong proofreading skills and / or presentation
  • Experience maintaining physical and digital files, folders, calendars, etc.
  • Ability to communicate and work with and support others in a teamwork environment
  • Follow and execute company policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Regular, dependable attendance to ensure job responsibilities and company expectations are met
