HR/Admin Officer

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support both our human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Handle employee relations, leave management, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, government offices, and other external parties.
  • Prepare HR reports, contracts, memos, and other official documentation.
  • Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administration (minimum 3 -4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, UAE labor law, and administrative best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
