HSE Manager

Position Overview:

HSE Manager will play a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of guests, employees, and the environment across Dreamworld. This position is responsible for developing and enforcing a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental framework that aligns with best industrial practices, ensuring a secure, compliant, and resilient operational environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety leader who champions a culture of prevention, preparedness, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures to prevent incidents and injuries.
• Promote a strong safety culture through effective communication and continuous training initiatives.
• Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire safety, evacuation drills, and crisis management exercises.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are mandatory.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the hospitality industry or large-scale facility operations sector.
• In-depth knowledge of occupational health & safety laws, environmental regulations, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments.
