A leading Facilities Management company in Dubai is seeking a qualified HSE Officer with strong experience in FM operations to join the team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across multiple facilities and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across assigned sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to ensure safe working practices.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, local authority requirements, and company standards.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness training to operational teams and subcontractors.
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure safe execution of maintenance, MEP, cleaning, and technical services activities.
  • Support client HSE audits and inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in Facilities Management (FM) in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation, and UAE safety regulations.
  • Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Must be currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
