Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce the site’s overall health and safety plan in coordination with management.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), and high-level HSE audits.
- Lead investigations into serious incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific HSE standards .
- Oversee emergency preparedness, including drills, evacuation plans, and first aid response systems.
- Supervise and train junior HSE officers, safety assistants, and site workers on advanced safety practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to review and improve method statements and safety procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of site inspections, incidents, training, and regulatory compliance.
- Interface with government inspectors, client HSE representatives, and auditors as required.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and behavioral safety throughout the workforce.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in Construction Industry in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation, and UAE safety regulations.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
