1. HSE Implementation & Monitoring
- Implement the approved Project HSE Plan, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS) for all civil works.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, client requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, formwork, rebar works, lifting operations, concreting, and working at height.
2. Risk Assessment & Control
- Assist in preparation and review of Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
- Ensure control measures are effectively implemented on site.
- Stop unsafe work and report serious violations immediately.
3. Training & Awareness
- Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and task-specific safety briefings.
- Promote HSE awareness among workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safe work procedures.
4. Incident Management
- Report, investigate, and document accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accident and incident records.
5. Environmental & Housekeeping Control
- Monitor environmental aspects such as dust control, waste management, spill prevention, and noise.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safe access/egress across the site.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
- Prepare daily/weekly HSE reports, inspection checklists, and safety statistics.
- Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and client inspections.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
