Human Resource Business Partner

Systems Limited is looking for Human Resource Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions, support workforce planning, and drive employee engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, HR policies, and internal controls.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and retention programs.
  • Support change management initiatives and process improvements within the BPO environment.


Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience working as Human Resource Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of operations and workforce dynamics.
  • Expertise in Employee relations & labor law.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.
  • Stakeholder management and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
