Systems Limited is looking for Human Resource Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions, support workforce planning, and drive employee engagement.
Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with labor laws and company policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, HR policies, and internal controls.

Lead engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and retention programs.

Support change management initiatives and process improvements within the BPO environment.
Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years experience working as Human Resource Business Partner.

Strong understanding of operations and workforce dynamics.

Expertise in Employee relations & labor law.

Experience in data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.

Stakeholder management and strong communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
