- Provide guidance and advisory support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and the organizational chart.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data, attendance records, and leave information.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation, ensuring smooth joining formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
- Facilitate exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and maintain documentation for employee turnover.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and related HR operations.
- Support training programs, induction sessions, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and other HR operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and employee engagement activities to enhance workforce satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
02 to 03 years of relevant HR experience
