Human Resource Executive (Females Only)

Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring company policies are followed. The role supports the organization in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment while assisting employees with HR-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues or grievances.
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain data in HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
