About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing hiring needs with administrative efficiency, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
Employee Engagement & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management cycles
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
