HR Intern – Dot Media

Role Overview:
Dot Media is looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team, with recruitment as the primary focus and assistance in basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain candidate and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

• Prior HR internship/experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
