Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee and enhance our HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. This position demands a forward-thinking professional with a strong grasp of corporate HR practices, employee relations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee end-to-end talent management including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Manage and update compensation and benefits structures.
• Staff attendance file maintenance and record preservation.
• Supervise monthly payroll processing in coordination with finance.
• Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business transformation and change management.
• Maintain up-to-date HR policies with necessary senior management approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role within the corporate or financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations, HRIS systems, and best HR practices.
• Proven experience in managing diverse teams and HR functions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
