We’re Hiring: Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will play a dynamic role at Masterpiece, supporting the strategic growth of the company and the day-to-day leadership operations. Ensuring the organization runs smoothly and in alignment with the company’s mission, culture, and operational goals.

The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead HR functions.

What You’ll Do:
Human Resources Management

  • Build and implement the full HR framework including policies, procedures, organizational structure, and systems.
  • Lead the drafting and standardization of job descriptions, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Design and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a strong organizational culture.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and maintain internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and development.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Work with leadership to assess staffing needs and proactively plan recruitment strategies.
  • Develop training programs and coordinate internal and external development opportunities.

Organizational Leadership & Strategic Support

  • Support strategic initiatives across departments and assist in business development projects as needed.
  • Participate in high-level planning and provide input on organizational structure, workforce planning, and cross-departmental alignment.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company values and standards across all levels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law compliance, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Real Estate experience (Preferably)
  • Can work under pressure.
