Vacancy Announcement-Human Resource Officer (HRO)

The Role:

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle from on boarding to off boarding while ensuring alignment with labour laws, company policies, and strategic HR initiatives. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping to build a positive, efficient, and legally compliant work environment.

Required Qualification & Experience

a) MBA (HRM) / MPA or Equivalent

b) 2 years of hands on HR experience in a structured corporate environment.

c) Strong command of MS Office and HR Information Systems (HCM/ERP, Payroll software experience is an advantage).

Job Descriptions, included but not limited to:

a) Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

b) Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews and on boarding.

c) Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

d) Facilitate on boarding and orientation programs for new employees.

e) Coordinate training and development initiatives.

f) Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR processes, benefits, and workplace matters.

g) Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

h) Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

i) Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory HR requirements.
