We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting HR functions, and serving as a point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related matters. The position is based in RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, including contracts, employee letters on demand, deputation letters, employee release letters, letters w.r.t employee benefits etc.


Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Overseeing the time and attendance for employees and sending reports to respective HR team members.
  • Assist in payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance and leave records.
  • Manage employee benefit enrollments, changes, and queries.


Employee Relations & Communication:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate HR representative.
  • Assist in updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in construction industry.


Key Competencies:

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
