Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven resource to join our team. The individual will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support the organisation’s growth. This role requires:

  • Strong stakeholder management, end-to-end recruitment expertise, and the ability to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice. Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and innovative sourcing techniques.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
  • 0.5-1 years of experience in a generalist or as a recruitment specialist.
  • The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment is a plus.
