Role Overview

We are looking for an obedient, hardworking, and reliable HR Assistant who can follow direction, execute tasks with focus, schedule interviews and meetings and maintain discipline in a fast-paced environment. This role is about performance and consistency — we need someone who is respectful, cooperative, and willing to put in the effort without resistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
• Assist in conducting and documenting interviews.
• Maintain updated candidate records and status tracking.
• Support the full recruitment cycle (job postings, resume screening, scheduling).
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Follow instructions from senior HRs and execute tasks as directed.
• Escort and accommodate interviewees during onsite interviews.
• Communicate with applicants respectfully and in a timely manner.

• Works tirelessly with focus and efficiency.
• Has strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Location: Johar town, Lahore, Pakistan

Timings: EST/ 3 PM – 12 AM (9 hours), 6 days a week

Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 per month
