Human Resources Assistant

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist HR Executive for Attendance Checking

Employee Records & Documentation:

  • Maintain employee personal files and digital HR records.
  • Ensure proper documentation as per college policies and statutory requirements.
  • Update and maintain HRIS or HR management system.
  • Maintain and update Service Books of teaching and non-teaching staff as per institutional and statutory requirements.

Payroll & Attendance:

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts department.
  • Coordinate appraisal process for faculty and staff.
  • Support performance review documentation.
  • Maintain appraisal records and increment letters.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR (experience in educational institutions preferred).

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : 20 K to 25 K Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
