Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The assistant will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Help with onboarding and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documents
  • Assist in attendance and leave tracking
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team
