Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi, Pakistan for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily HR functions including managing employee records, assisting with the onboarding process, coordinating training programs, and supporting benefits administration. This role also involves ensuring efficient use of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and providing administrative support to the HR department to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and employee support systems
• Exposure to Training coordination and employee development programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Previous experience in a multinational or retail company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
