Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Selection: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

Workplace Policies: Design, implement, and update HR policies aligned with organizational needs and statutory requirements.

Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, skill enhancement sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.

Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and fairly, maintaining a positive work culture.

Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities, events etc.

Joining & Exit Formalities: Oversee induction, orientation, documentation, and smooth exit processes.

Compensation & Compliance: Administer compensation structure, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF etc.)

Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Administration Work: Support office administration, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations.
