Human Resources Coordinator

Role Summary

DTV is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and help enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, recruitment activities, onboarding, and various HR processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions and track attendance
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an HR-related role
  • Strong command of English - both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
