Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Representative to support a diverse workforce with our UAE operations. The role will focus on talent acquisition, accommodation management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume recruitment, ensuring worker welfare, and promoting positive employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar (e.g., pickers, packers, drivers, loaders) and white-collar office based positions.
- Coordinate with local and international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, workforce plans, and talent pipelines.
2. Accommodation & Welfare Management:
- Supervise daily operations of labor accommodations, ensuring compliance with UAE health and labor regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of housing facilities for safety, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Address camp-related issues and coordinate with service providers for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate accommodation occupancy records and support labor inspections or audits.
3. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for both blue- and white-collar employees on HR-related matters.
- Resolve employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases fairly and in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- Support the implementation of employee retention, recognition, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and internal HR policies in all employee matters.
4. Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files and HR records.
- Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with PRO/GRO team.
- Prepare documentation for labor inspections, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor key HR metrics including absenteeism, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR, with hands-on experience in recruiting both blue- and white-collar employees.
- Background in industries with large workforce is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and camp accommodation standards.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Multilingual abilities English, and Hindi / Urdu is a must.
