Human Resources Director (Emiratization)

We are seeking an experienced HR Director (UAEN) with a strong background in hospitality, leisure, or F&B operations to lead and manage the Human Resources function across our business units.

The HR Director will be responsible for driving people strategy, organizational development, talent management, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with business goals and labor regulations. The role will focus on building a high-performance culture and supporting the growth of hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team across all business units
  • Support senior leadership in organizational planning and workforce strategy
  • Drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Lead recruitment strategies for hospitality, leisure, and F&B operations
  • Support and implement Emiratization initiatives in line with government policies
  • Ensure effective talent pipeline development and succession planning
Employee Relations & HR Operations
  • Oversee HR operations including contracts, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Law and internal HR policies
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and provide HR advisory support to leadership
Performance Management & Development
  • Support employee training, development, and leadership programs
  • Develop career development pathways for employees within the organization
  • Oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and HR budgets
  • Ensure competitive compensation aligned with industry standards
  • Manage HR analytics and reporting for leadership decisions
Culture & Engagement
  • Promote a strong service-oriented culture aligned with hospitality standards
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives across hotels, restaurants, and leisure operations
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, leisure, or F&B groups
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Law and HR compliance
  • Experience managing large hospitality teams and multi-unit operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational HR experience
