Location: Lahore (On-site)
Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing HR functions, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will be a key link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices in line with labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll support.
• Lead performance management cycles, including appraisals and feedback processes.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a healthy work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support management with workforce planning, retention strategies, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure HR operations align with company goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, operations, and labor laws.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation (retail industry experience preferred).
• Proficient in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
