Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a healthy workplace environment.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide administrative support in appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (executive or generalist capacity preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
