We’re seeking a highly organized
Human Resources Generalist
with strong
recruiting and HR operations experience
to support daily HR functions while helping build a scalable, systemized HR foundation. This role acts as a
strategic partner and operational backup
to the HR Director, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and SOP documentation within ADP,
Bill.com, and Whale.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding (40%)

Manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles (Verifications, Intake Specialists, Lead Investigators, and Operations).

Screen and evaluate candidates using the DELTA framework (Dependability, Experience, Leadership, Trust, Attitude).

Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and prepare offer letters.

Maintain a pre-vetted “Waitlist” pipeline for recurring roles.

Conduct onboarding, including I-9 verification, background check coordination, and HRIS setup in ADP.
HR Operations & Administration (30%)
-
Support HR Director with policy implementation, compliance tracking, and employee documentation.

Assist with biweekly payroll audits, timesheet reviews, and contractor invoicing in ADP and Bill.com.

Help manage benefits administration and open enrollment support alongside Guardian and DBS COBRA partners.

Ensure all HR data, files, and SOPs remain up-to-date and audit-ready.
Systems, SOPs & Automation (20%)

Assist in systemizing HR workflows in Whale (KENTECH’s knowledge platform).

Help test and document HR automations that improve process efficiency.

Support training and communication for new processes and tools.
Culture & Employee Relations (10%)

Partner with HR Director to enhance employee engagement and maintain Great Place to Work certification standards.

Support HR initiatives, recognition programs, and employee communication efforts.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for basic HR inquiries.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience (preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment).

Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Working knowledge of ADP RUN or Workforce Now, Bill.com, and HR compliance practices.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Whale (or similar LMS/SOP systems), and AI-based process tools.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.

Experience in a SaaS, tech, or investigative industry is a plus.
