Job Summary
This role provides human resources support to the plant by assisting with a broad range of HR and other complex administrative tasks, including managing basic HR records, providing employee support for policy and benefits inquiries, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role will help to foster a positive work environment by supporting Plant Leadership and other team members in daily operations.
