Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, the HR Generalist will provide daily HR operational support, including payroll assistance using the ADP platform, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance activities, and coordination of internal HR policies.

$62,500 - $72,000 yearly

• Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
• Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
• Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
• Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing training.
• Design and lead engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and maintain high morale across both locations.
• Conduct regular "Check-ins" and stay interviews to address staff concerns proactively.

• Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
• Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute
• Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
