Human Resources Intern

2. HRBP Operational Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HRBP on HR initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Assist in organizing HR dashboards, trackers, and documentation
  • Support with employee relations cases through documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Help prepare HR presentations, newsletters, and reports for leadership.
3. HR Administration & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Assist with HRIS data entry, document collection, and compliance checks.
  • Prepare letters, memos, track training completion and basic HR reports as needed.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness programs, and CSR initiatives.
  • Support in maintaining employee engagement calendars, feedback surveys, and post-event reports.
  • Help manage communication for HR events (emails, posters, QR forms, etc.).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for enhancing employee experience across sites.
